Are you licensed/insured?

Yes. On top of having having our own Liability Insurance and D-1 Roofing License, we require all of our crews to carry their own insurance policies as well, that way no matter what happens the homeowner is covered.

What is your warranty?

For all of our roofing projects we offer a 10 year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty. For painting, we offer a 5 year paint warranty. If the product fails during this period due to improper application or workmanship, we will rectify any issues directly related to the contracted work at no cost to the homeowner. Neither warranty covers “acts of god” such as damage caused by hail, wind, storm, tornado, lightning, or other natural causes.

What brand of shingles do you use?

We prefer to use Atlas for several reasons, however we are licensed to use all of the popular brands including Owens Corning, Atlas, GAF, IKO, Malarkey, CertainTeed, Tamco. Atlas has the copyright for pre-bent high definition shingles, meaning that you dont have to bend hip and ridge shingles back and weaken them when installing high definition shingles as they are prefabricated with the crease in it. Also the fact that their shingle pattern is a little larger than every other brand making it just that much more aesthetically appealing makes it our #1 option. Quality ranges from basic Class 3 to Class 4 Impact Resistant and Designer.

What brand of paint do you use?

Primarily Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, and Behr depending on the project.
