Hello! My name is Derric Bolen and we are here to serve you.

I was born in Chicago and moved to Fort Collins as a 7 year old boy where I grew an adventurous spirit hiking and camping early on. After graduating High School (Go LOBOS) I adventured to Missouri for a few years working as a cook at Waffle House for a while then bouncing around a few bars as a cook.

It was in Arvada, CO that I met my wife Lauren, and together we have two boys (Silas & Lochlan) with a third coming in March 2026! We currently still live in Arvada where she was born and raised.

We met working in the construction industry working at the same company and quickly fell in love. Her being the pretty office girl and me the savvy salesman it was a match made in heaven. It was there where I learned the ins and outs of the painting industry and later went on to running teams, hiring crews, and managing production for general contracting companies.

We started LD Home Innovations in 2024 to start putting our 15 years of expertise to use for customers the way we feel they deserve.
